APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
Use scrap apple peels and cores to ferment & make ACV. It takes about 8 weeks to complete, but so worth the wait.
PICKLED VEGETABLES & RELISHES with a summer garden, MAKE dill pickles, pickled beets, bread & butter pickles and cucumber and/or zucchini relishes.
CANNED FRUITS - MAKE faux pineapple (with zucchini); applesauce; mandarine oranges, just to name a few. You can also make your own pie fillings with fruit too!
