CONTINUING ON THE THEME OF MAKING YOUR OWN NON-DAIRY MILK VARIETIES, today I'm sharing how to make RICE MILK. Anyone with a dairy and gluten-free allergy or lactose issues will appreciate the cost of buying Rice Milk in the grocery stores. It's even more expensive in the health food stores. Rice itself is a very cheap ingredient, and the only other main ingredient in Rice Milk is water, which we all know is inexpensive as well. So where does the expensive cost come in? It's the packaging and the food manufacturers taking all the revenues. Why not SAVE YOUR MONEY and make it yourself? Here's how:
1. Place all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend for four minutes in a regular blender, or two minutes in high-speed blender
3. STORE in a glass pitcher or jar for up to 2 weeks.
